Terms of Use and Purchase

You have reached the Terms of Use and Purchase page of the NEVEOR.com website, operated by NEVEOR DAN COHEN 326255098 (hereinafter: the “Business” and the “Website”, respectively).

This document details the binding terms for using the Website (applicable to all users and visitors), as well as the terms for purchasing products through the Website.

In addition, please review the Privacy Policy separately; a link to the Privacy Policy is available in the website footer, accessible by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage.

These Terms of Use are written in masculine form for convenience only, but apply equally to all genders.


General

Use of the Website and the information appearing therein, as well as any purchase made through the Website, are subject to these Terms of Use. Therefore, you are requested to review this document carefully. The terms are not subject to modification.

Accordingly, use of the Website and its information, as well as making purchases through it, constitutes agreement to these Terms of Use and Purchase. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website.

Users undertake to act in accordance with these Terms, which apply to all types of use. As these matters are dynamic, the Business may update the Terms of Use from time to time. In any case, notice will be given in advance of any such changes.

Use of the Website and/or purchase of products constitutes a declaration by the user that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and the Business.

These Terms apply to use of the Website and its services via any device (including mobile phones, tablets, etc.) and via any communication method.

Nothing in these Terms shall derogate from the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (the “Consumer Protection Law”) and its regulations, where applicable, except where such provisions may lawfully be conditioned and such conditioning has been made explicitly or implicitly on the Website.

The Business makes every effort to present complete and accurate information regarding each product, including images. However, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions may occur. Users acknowledge and accept this, and the Business shall not be liable for non-material inaccuracies.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Non-material differences in appearance, color, size, etc. may exist between the displayed product and the actual product.

The time recorded in the Business’s systems shall be the determining time for all purposes.


Registration and General Conditions

A person wishing to place an order through the Website (including anyone who has placed an order and holds a valid credit card) shall be referred to as the “Customer.”

The Website offers for sale home decor lighting and lifestyle gadgets.

The products are manufactured in China. It is important to note that the Business is not the manufacturer, but acts as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the Customer.

To place an order, the Customer must follow the instructions on the Website and complete the purchase as a guest.

Any individual or entity, including a corporation, may use the Website and make purchases, provided they are legally competent to perform binding legal actions.

Customer details will be recorded according to the information entered in the online order form.

For the purpose of fulfilling orders, the Business may require additional identification details.

Without derogating from the above, the Business may prevent any person from using the Website, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including in cases of: unlawful acts, breach of these Terms, false information, actions that may harm the Website or third parties, or restricted credit card use.


Orders and Purchases

The Website allows convenient, simple, and secure purchasing of products online.

Products may be purchased at any time, subject to availability or the Business’s sole discretion.

Purchases are made by adding products to the cart and entering required details: full name, phone number, email, and shipping details.

Accurate details must be provided; failure to do so may prevent order completion.

Upon completing the purchase, the Customer confirms the accuracy of the details. These details shall serve as conclusive evidence, and no claims may be made regarding incorrect details provided.

All prices include VAT as required by law.

The Business reserves the right to discontinue products or change prices at its sole discretion.

After payment details are entered, an email confirmation will be sent. This confirmation only indicates receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance.


Payment

Payment shall be made via a valid credit card or other agreed method.

If paying by credit card, the Customer will be required to provide relevant details. These details are not stored by the Business but processed via an external provider, PayPlus.

The Business may change available payment methods at its discretion.

After placing an order, payment will be verified and the Customer will be notified of approval or rejection.

If payment is not approved, the transaction will be canceled.

If a product is unavailable, the Customer will receive a refund or cancellation of the charge.

If a Customer is mistakenly charged, they must notify the Business for correction.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out by third-party providers. The Business assists but does not perform shipping directly.

Accurate delivery details must be provided. Incorrect details may result in additional charges.

The Business will make efforts to deliver within 7-20 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping fees are separate from product purchase.

The Business is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, war, strikes, or courier issues.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

NEVEOR offers a 30-day return policy from the date the customer receives the order.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must not show signs of installation, assembly, damage, or misuse.

  • Customers must contact us by email before returning any item.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging may be required before a return is approved.

Return Approval

All return requests must first be reviewed and approved by our support team.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • A full photo of the product

  • Close-up photos of the issue or concern

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Photos confirming the item has not been installed or used

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return addresses are provided by our support team after return approval.

  • Customers are required to use a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the item is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to deny full refunds in cases where:

  • The item was used beyond normal inspection.

  • The item was damaged after delivery.

  • The item is returned without original packaging.

  • The item was installed, modified, or assembled.

  • The return was sent without prior approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

NEVEOR reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.


Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to the Business or authorized third parties.

No copying, reproduction, distribution, or use is permitted without prior written consent.

Violation may result in statutory compensation under Israeli copyright law.

Liability and Warranty

The Business is responsible for products only in cases of material defect or non-conformity.

No liability for misuse of products.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The Business may require proof of purchase.

Remedy is limited to repair or replacement only.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price.


Privacy and Data Security

The Business takes reasonable measures to protect user data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law, and jurisdiction shall be determined accordingly.
